Description

The TurboChef NGC-1331.B Solid Cooking Basket PTFE 14.2" contains food products during cooking processes, and hot air can circulate the food products during cooking periods. The coating on the basket surface aids in the release of food and aids in movement through the oven as intended. It is put in compatible ovens and placed on racks or in special support tracks with baskets. The cooking basket can be removed when the initial is warped, the coating wears out, or the structure is damaged, which assists in ensuring the food is handled and moves properly during normal operation.
