The Blodgett 6498 Convection Oven Rocker Switch Cool Down SPST 7/8" X 1-1/2" rocker switch is used, to complete or interrupt the electrical circuit of the cool-down feature in the oven when pressed. It works in a single-pole single-throw configuration, in order to regulate the flow of current. The switch is mounted on the control panel of the oven and the terminals are turned towards the inside of the harness. It is placed in the same spot as the panel openings and can be actuated by the user without modifying other components.
