The Middleby Marshall 3002686 Axial Cooling Fan with wire leads is a 3,000 RPM fan to be used in commercial ovens. It maintains a steady airflow to maintain temperature and eliminate overheating of internal parts to ensure the safe functioning of the oven. The fan will be attached with a 2-13/16" hole center design so that it can be fitted into the existing cooling system of the oven. It will ensure the efficient performance of the oven, by keeping the sensitive electronics and mechanical components safe by maintaining proper ventilation in the oven.
