Specifications:

  • Type: Self-Serve Lever Valve
  • Capacity: 1.5-3 Oz

Description

The Cornelius 561000121 Self-Serve Lever Valve Complete direct beverage flow through a manually actuated dispensing assembly. Inside commercial beverage equipment, the internal passage changes between closed and open positions as the operating mechanism moves, permitting liquid to travel toward the outlet during activation. The 1.5–3 oz establishes the dispensing volume range associated with the assembly. Liquid movement stops immediately after the operating mechanism returns to its original position, completing a measured dispensing sequence without continuous product flow.
