The Southbend 1177043 Range Burner Drip Cover 5-1/4" OD 2-5/8" ID prevents spills, drips, and food residue in commercial ranges. It works by sweeping the area between the burners and the cooktop surface to sweep up debris. The drip cover is fitted directly below or on the sides of the burner assembly, and is in line with the cooktop surface and burner edges. It supports the efficient and safe functioning of commercial cooking equipment by ensuring that the range surface is not accumulated and thereby easing cleaning and corrosion risk.
