Wittco CR-91-51-81 Heating Element 120V

The Wittco CR-91-51-81 Heating Element is a 120V electrical heating part used in compatible Wittco heated foodservice equipment. It converts electrical current into heat through its resistive element when energized by the equipment circuit, the element is installed within the designated heating compartment where it transfers heat to the surrounding cabinet or holding area. During operation the connected thermostat or control circuit supplies power according to the selected temperature setting. The heating element then raises the compartment temperature until the control interrupts power. It works with the thermostat and electrical wiring to regulate the heating cycle within the equipment.
