Description

The Cres Cor CRE0848112 Temperature Probe measures the amount of heat inside the oven by converting variations into electrical impulses, which are sent via its long leads. It constantly checks the changes in operation, and the connected control system manages heating conditions based on them. It is installed inside the commercial units in such a way that it is adequate to detect the ambient temperature in the cooking chamber accurately. The probe has a sensing length of 6" with 28" leads that can be connected to external controls without any problems with placement in the unit.
