Description

The Crown Steam 5375-1 Convection Steamer Pilot Burner is intended to ignite the gas heating system. It operates by providing a controlled pilot flame which is used to light the main burner when the control system requires heating. Gas is supplied to the burner by a separate supply line and a continuous or controlled source of ignition is provided for the burner during operation. This part is designed to be mounted in the burner compartment of convection steamers. It is close to the main burner assembly and supplies the pilot light to fire the main gas burner and to aid in steam generation operations.
