Description

The Crown Steam 5628-1 Tilting Skillet tilt handle assembly works by using the rotate mechanism through a direct attachment to the internal shaft that controls the movement of the cooking surface. It provides rotational motion to the gearing system, which allows the pan to be raised or lowered under control during any food-handling process. The handle assembly is mounted on the outside of the body of the skillet and is clamped at the point where the tilt shaft sticks out, which provides the same access to the mechanism and is also attached to the main structural framework of the unit.
