Crown Steam 9167-1 Gas Skillet Burners

The Crown Steam 9167-1 Gas Skillet Burners use gas combustion to generate heat beneath the cooking surface. Gas flows into the burner assembly, where ignition produces a flame that transfers heat to the pan for cooking and heating applications. It is placed beneath the cooking surface of compatible gas skillets, aligned within the burner compartment to distribute heat across the designated area. The burner assembly connects with the skillets gas supply and ignition parts according to the equipment configuration. Its arrangement supports the heating system by directing combustion heat toward the underside of the cooking vessel.
