Description

The Delfield 000-D05-0031-S Refrigerator Evaporator Pan Welded Assembly works by collecting the liquid condensate that drips off the evaporator coils during the refrigeration and defrost cycles of the equipment. When the moisture has collected in this stainless steel reservoir the heat produced by the internal components of the system or a separate heating element will assist the moisture to slowly evaporate into the outside air. This particular welded part is placed directly below the evaporator coil assembly within the cabinet base to make sure that all the runoff is properly captured.
