Description

The Delfield 2194577 Refrigerator Control Probe measures the air temperature inside the coolant compartment and supplies that reading to the electronic control system. Temperature at the sensing tip changes with conditions inside the cabinet, causing the electrical output from the probe to change as well. The ERC2 standard is intended for the corresponding sensing arrangement used with this application, allowing the control system to respond to actual thermal readings instead of a fixed cycle.
