  • Size: Small

Description

The Delfield 3516588 Refrigerator Thermal Expansion Valve TXV meters refrigerant entering the evaporator by adjusting the internal flow opening according to changing cooling conditions. The valve responds to temperature and pressure variations near the evaporator outlet altering refrigerant passage as required within the circuit. The compact size fits applications requiring a smaller valve body, while the configuration excludes the mop-related feature. The connection ports join the element with adjoining coolant tubing, creating a controlled transition between the liquid supply line and evaporator inlet.
