Description

The Alto-Shaam KN-3469 Thermostat knob is a temperature control panel that fits into a compatible warming system. It has a mark of 60°F to 200°F that enables operators to control the holding temperatures by using the internal thermostat mechanism. The knob is installed on the control panel of the warmer, and it translates manual input into manual heat output to ensure the food-holding conditions are kept steady. In commercial foodservice settings, it assists in proper temperature control during staging and service to ensure the appliance is operating.
