The Groen Z002868 Thermostat Knob Off-1-10 can be used to regulate the temperature by serving as the physical control of the internal potentiometer or control switch. Manual input is then converted into particular electrical signals by rotating this dial, which determines the level of heating of the appliance. This is attached directly to the front control panel of compatible commercial cookware and pots and slides on the component shaft to fit.
