The Roundup - AJ Antunes 2100130 Knob Thermostat Dial is used to control the temperature by rotating to match the indicator setting the operating point. The shaft is mechanically operated, converting position to a set point temperature in the scale marked on it. It is mounted on the front control panel of the equipment and is mounted directly above the stem to allow the operator. The face has an off-marking of 250 and 60. The overall size is determined by a 2 1/4-inch diameter. The design is proper to match commercial foodservice equipment controls.
