The Vulcan Hart 00-498086-00007 Thermostat Knob Red 200-550°F enables the operator to adjust temperature settings on commercial cooking equipment with a thermostat set between 200°F and 550°F. The red knob is connected to the thermostat shaft on the control panel on the appliance and gives a visual indication of setpoint selection. When it is mounted it communicates with the thermostat mechanism underneath to convert manual input to heat output adjustments. The control system, it allows the accurate selection of the cooking temperatures.
