The Groen Z074252 Convection Steamer Door Cam Unlatch Lift is made to work by using the door latch mechanism to release or lock the steamer door. The lifting of the cam pushes the latch and the door opens or closes, as required. The cam will fit on commercial convection steamers, and will fit directly on the door assembly to attach to the existing latching and unlocking mechanism of the appliance.
