Description

The Cleveland 7011004 Door Gasket is a sealing part for use in commercial combination ovens. It creates a continuous seal between the door and cooking chamber to better retain heat, steam, and moisture during cooking cycles. It is installed around the perimeter of the oven door and, when the door is closed, evenly compresses to work with the door assembly to provide a controlled cooking environment. It is used to maintain the internal conditions, which are conducive to the efficient operation of the oven's steaming and combination cooking.
