Description

The Rational 20.00.399P Door Gasket is a seal that closes the gap between the door of the cooker and the frame and assists in keeping the heat and moisture in the cooking chamber. When the door closes, it compresses ensuring constant contact around the perimeter. The gasket is made to fit into the door channel and is designed to be placed on compatible ovens. It will provide the correct containment of the temperature and the opening and closing of the oven door.
