Description

The Doughpro 110102K Dough Press Plunger Switch Assembly works by making an electrical connection the moment of press handle reaches a designated position in operation. This mechanical activation causes the system's internal timer, or heating cycle to make sure that there is constant cycling during the dough flattening process.
