Description

The Doyon ELT680 Oven Thermostat 700F G1-117 is a liquid-filled temperature control system that regulates the heat within a system by expanding or contracting a fluid in a sensing bulb. This thermal expansion causes a mechanical switch to open or close the electrical circuit to keep the unit at a constant set temperature. This component directly attaches to the control panel with the capillary tube to extend into the baking chamber to check the ambient conditions. This has a high-limit range intended to be used in commercial baking applications and is able to properly manage power flow to heating elements.
