Description

The Doyon GAB500 Spark Module S87D is an ignition control unit that can be used with commercial ovens. It generates and postpones the spark that is required to ignite burners, and is linked to the thermostat and safety sensors of the oven. The module is placed in the control compartment and it is connected to power, electrodes and sensors to control ignition sequences. In operation, it also assists burner start-up and coordination with the temperature control system in the oven that assists in a stable and safe thermal operation in the normal cooking cycle.
