The Cambro 40CWD Drain Tray 1/4" Size 135 Clear is made to hold the extra liquid when food items are placed over the tray to allow the moisture to seep through the perforated surface. It directs drips downwards with contents raised higher to minimise direct contact with pooled liquids. It is normally installed under food pans in prep tables, display units or holding stations where drainage is needed. It is made of transparent material, which makes it possible to see what is inside and the level of the liquid.
