The Middleby Marshall 35000-1012 Oven Drive Shaft 32-7/8" Long X 3/4" Dia operates by passing rotational force through the motor to the conveyor system of the oven to allow even movement of cooking surfaces or belts through the oven. It operates on a machined shaft that provides a smooth flow of torque to keep the drive mechanism in proper alignment and operation. This is placed in the conveyor assembly of the oven to solidly attach the motor output to the moving components to coordinate and move the machine properly.
