The True E970102 Probe 4 Meter is used to monitor temperature in refrigeration units and it detects changes in temperature and transmits them to the control system. It operates by a sensor with the tip of the probe that reacts to the changes in conditional temperatures so that the controller that is connected to it can regulate the cooling system. This probe is placed within the refrigerated compartment or at areas of typical temperatures and its 4 meter cable allows it to be placed flexibly as it links to the main control unit to allow it to monitor the system and control it accurately.
