Description

The Sloan EBV-1017-A Gasket Handle Cap is used to cover the handle mounting area, and is placed over the handle stem pressing a gasket against the faucet body. It operates by wrapping around the joint where the handle is attached, and it assists in preventing the flow of water into the internal valve assembly through the joint. This handle cap is fitted on the outside of the faucet and is fitted around the handle stem, and then the handle is secured. Its design is similar to the interface of the faucet handle.
