The Alto-Shaam EL-29875 Drawer Warmer Element T-shaped Foil Pad 320W works by transforming electrical energy into uniform thermal radiation by a foil heating circuit. This internal framework spreads the heat uniformly over the surface area to ensure that the internal temperatures of the stored foodstuffs are maintained. The unit is mounted directly under the drawer assembly, and it sticks to the underside of the compartment to enable upward transfer of heat. Electrical leads are also provided to connect the pad to the primary power control board so that the component is held firmly in place during high-frequency drawer movement.
