The Moffat M015360 Element Assembly is used to produce the main heat needed to bake and roast in compatible convection ovens. The element works in the range of 208-220 volts and transforms electrical energy to uniform radiant heat inside the oven. It operates together with the thermostat and blower motor to maintain constant set temperatures and ensure even distribution of heat. Fitted in the heating section of the oven, the assembly assists in the even distribution of air to ensure equal cooking of food in various rack positions.
