Description

The Ultrafryer 18A345 Inside Heating Element 208V uses electrical energy to convert it into thermal power using internal resistive coils to ensure uniform oil temperatures. After passing the electricity through the submerged part the assembly emits heat directly to the medium to aid the frying procedure. This warming unit is fitted on the inside of the fry pot of the cooking system and is fixed in place by standard mounting components to make direct contact with the liquid. This is powered by a 208V power supply and is a direct replacement part that is specially designed to fit the initial equipment.
