Description

The Garland F8060184 Fryer Thermostat Fenwal operates by sensing the temperature within and controlling the heating cycle based on the selected setting. As the cooking oil reaches or falls below the target temperature the thermostat responds by activating, or interrupting the heating circuit to regulate heat levels during operation. It is mounted within compatible control assemblies, where its sensing probe extends into the heated area while the control body interfaces with electrical connection mechanisms.
