The Middleby Marshall 27399-0008 Oven Fan Blade CW 8 inch works by spinning clockwise to circulate the hot air in the cooking chamber every time it rotates. It operates by keeping the airflow pattern even as it rotates aiding the internal heating process of the oven. This fan blade is fitted in the ventilation and airflow assembly of the oven and it is attached to the motor shaft where it becomes part of the entire air-movement system.
