The Alto-Shaam FA-3342 Oven Fan Motor 3000 RPM 230V is a part that spins the fan blade at a constant speed to move the warmed air around the inside of the appliance. It works when the motor is energised with electrical power that enables constant movement of air in the cooking cycles. This is a motor fan that is fitted within the oven housing, usually at the back of the rear panel in the heating system. It has an electrical rating that enables it to fit in a high temperature and the motor shaft is directly connected to the fan blade.
