The Henny Penny 19206 Pressure Filter Drain Assembly is an integrated component that is used in pressure frying systems that are compatible. This drainage assembly provides a regulated drainage system of used oil or filter waste that can be safely and effectively removed out of the fryer. It is installed at the bottom of the filtration system which assists in the regular maintenance and oil management processes.
