The Pitco PP11273 Fryer Hot Oil Filter 30-Sheets is used in the filtration process to filter oil through a fine particle and debris sheet as the oil passes through the sheet. The porous material will allow the oil to go through, but will retain solids that may accumulate in the fryer. It is inserted into the filtration system or filter basket of the fryer on compatible models, where oil passes through the filter medium. This filter sheet is to be saturated, torn, or cannot trap contaminants effectively to ensure that the fryer maintains the correct level of oil clarity and flow when operating normally.
