Description

The Prince Castle 108-128 Fryer Filter Paper with the size of 13-7/8” x 30-9/16” is used in kitchen for fryer performance and longevity improver. The filter paper is effective in capturing food debris and grease which ensures that the oil is protected from degradation and at the same time the fryers are also protected from early damage. This filter paper is compatible with 108 Series and 108-A Series models. The is packed in a box containing 100 sheets and the hole is provided off-center to ease its installation. The filter paper enables to have cleaner oil hence improving the quality of food.
