Description

The Henny Penny 60292 Oven Pilot Sensor Flame detects existence of a pilot flame so that it can allow safe burner ignition and following heating cycles. It operates by transmitting a signal to the control system when in flame and permitting the flow of gas and interrupting the supply when no flame is detected. This is located close to the pilot burner in the combustion chamber of the oven and is linked to the control circuit as a component of the ignition safety system of the appliance.
