The Vulcan Hart 00-714321 Flame Switch with 30-inch Capillary is safety and control equipment in commercial ovens to keep checking on the presence of a burner flame. It identifies the existence of the proper gas flame and informs the control system about the existence of the flame to permit or break the flow of the gas to ensure that there is no unburned gas in the atmosphere. The 30-inch capillary can be placed in the burner assembly of the oven.
