The Frymaster FM8030103 Sediment Tray is used to collect crumbs, batter, and other particles in the fryer oil as it flows out or is filtered which assists in separating the solids and the liquid. It operates by placing it below the fryer basin or filtration space, whereby debris falls or is channeled to the tray, where it holds waste to be removed. The tray is positioned in the flow path of the oil flow of the fryer or in the filtration processes before solids can build up in the pumps or lines.
