The Frymaster FM8030170 Fryer Filter Paper is a filtration element that is consumed with commercial appliances to filter hot cooking oil to remove food particles and sediment during filtering cycles. It is intended to be used as part of the in-built filtration system of the fryer to ensure that the oil remains clear and the transfer of heat is constant. This filter paper is placed in the filter pan under the fryer and is normally applied in restaurants, quick-service kitchens and food production facilities where frequent oil filtration is necessary to maintain stable frying performance.
