Description

The Frymaster FM806-5857 Interface PCB Assembly BIM53 FP47 works by taking in the signals sent by thermocouples, and control settings and processing them to control heating cycles and timing sequences in the fryer. It works by controlling the cooking operations by passing electrical outputs through the connected circuits to operate according to the set parameters. It is mounted in the control panel of the fryer where it is connected to power lines to coordinate its operation. It is intended to be used with commercial frying equipment to regulate the temperature of oil, and control cooking times when preparing food.
