Description

The Frymaster FM810-0014 Natural Gas Safety Control Valve is a gas valve assembly designed for commercial cooking equipment operating on a millivolt system. It maintains regulated gas pressure at 3.5" WC and is used in Model 7000BMVR commercial applications. The valve controls burner fuel delivery and works with a thermopile to ensure gas flow only when a flame signal is present. It is installed in units where accurate ignition control and automatic shutoff are required for kitchen operation.
