Manufacturer:
The Frymaster FM810-1012 Electric Fryer Basket Lift Rod is a mechanical linkage that transfers movement between the basket lift mechanism and the fryer basket support during automatic lifting and lowering. It provides stable motion while maintaining proper alignment of the lift assembly throughout repeated operating cycles. The rod installs within the basket lift system where it connects to the lift arm and associated hardware. It works with the drive mechanism pivot assemblies and basket carrier to deliver controlled basket movement and support accurate fryer operation during cooking.
