Description

The Frymaster FM810-1018 Drain Valve controls the release of cooking oil from the fryer through the drain passage. Opening the internal mechanism allows oil to move from the system vessel into the connected drain line, while closing it stops the flow. The assembly is fitted within the drain section of compatible equipment, with the inlet and outlet connected to the corresponding piping. It has a 1-1/4-inch NPT outlet and a left inlet. The internal passage provides a controlled route for oil to escape the system during draining and filtering operations.
