Description

The Frymaster FM810-4688 Universal Service Burner is a replacement part to fit in compatible commercial, FP, and GL30 series. This element generates the controlled flame that warms the heat exchange zone or fry pot in the fryer enabling the cooking oil to circulate and sustain the temperatures needed to cook food. The burner is also used in commercial kitchens as a component of the gas heating system of the fryer, which operates with the gas valve and ignition parts to produce a stable amount of heat.
