Frymaster FM823-06931 Gas Fryer Basket Lift Arm Left

The Frymaster FM823-06931 Arm Basket Lift guides the movement of the component on the left side of compatible commercial fryers. Installed in the lift mechanism, it coordinates with springs and pivots to allow smooth raising and lowering cycles. This arm supports the basket's weight, maintains proper alignment, and prevents sudden drops, ensuring consistent cooking and operator safety. By managing basket motion effectively, it minimizes oil splashing and reduces mechanical pressure of fryer components. This component is commonly used in commercial kitchens where proper basket handling is required for high-volume frying operations.
