The Frymaster FM826-1072 Infrared Burner Steel is a replacement part that is used in compatible commercial fryers. It has a size of 15-1/4" by 8-1/2", which generates infrared heat which is directed to the heat exchanger of the fryer to ensure that the temperature is well controlled.
