Description

The Frymaster FM8261120 Gas Fryer Safety Valve is used to control and protect the supply of gas to the burner of a commercial fryer system. It is only opened when the pilot flame is well set and checked by the thermocouple or thermopile, and controlled ignition. When the flame is extinguished, the valve will automatically cut off the supply of gas to inhibit the unburned fuel. It is installed in the gas control system of the fryer to assist in maintaining the burner operation, support maintaining the same cooking temperatures, and is essential in ensuring secure and accurate operation of the fryer.
