Description

The Frymaster 1082218SP Gas Fryer Pan Sensor Assembly monitors a selected position through multiple electrical sensing points. Three battery-powered sensing elements provide signals to the connected control circuitry, allowing changes in position to be recognized electronically. The wiring connections establish a link between the sensing elements and the surrounding electrical network. When the monitored section changes position, the resulting signal changes accordingly and reaches the control section for interpretation.
