Description

The Frymaster 8101830 Fryer Pilot Burner/Thermopile Assembly Natural Gas establishes the ignition source while producing the electrical output required by the connected control circuit through an integrated operating mechanism. Heat generated during ignition is converted into electrical energy, allowing connected controls to respond according to the operating sequence. Before ignition occurs, fuel passes through a 0.024 orifice that establishes the metering passage within the assembly. Both operating processes are incorporated into a single unit, combining flame generation with electrical signal production through coordinated internal parts.
